Starting in early 2016, Red Chef Pastries is a pop up Food Truck or Food Stall and mobile caterer in Sydney. We make a unique version of Hungarian Chimney Cakes made from a brioche recipe and all are handmade and baked fresh.

With 15 years of experience in some of Sydney best restaurants, the Red Chef creates all the fillings taking inspiration from classic desserts and his imagination. Whether its the zesty lemon meringue or the rich and nutty mocha ganache with almond praline, all flavours are designed to have a balance of flavour and sweetness.
